Licensed Land Surveyor

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Licensed Land Surveyor to join our team in California. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing boundary surveys, title reports research, topographic surveys, and construction staking for various civil engineering projects throughout Northern California.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated surveyor looking to grow with a well-established company in the land development and civil engineering industry. No experience required - entry level welcome!

Key Responsibilities

• Perform boundary surveys and title reports research
• Conduct topographic surveys and field data collection
• Prepare survey plats, maps, and legal descriptions
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and clients
• Ensure compliance with California survey standards
• Perform construction staking and layout

Required Qualifications

• Current California Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license
• No minimum experience required - Entry level welcome!
• Bachelor's in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field preferred
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and survey software
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willing to work throughout California
