About the Role

As an Operations Coordinator at LNM1968, you'll be the organizational backbone of our field operations. You'll coordinate schedules for survey crews and equipment, manage travel logistics, track project timelines, and serve as a key communication link between project managers, field teams, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate field crew schedules and equipment assignments for survey operations
  • Arrange travel logistics including flights, accommodations, and vehicle rentals
  • Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of deliverables
  • Maintain equipment inventory and coordinate maintenance schedules
  • Process timesheets, expense reports, and project documentation
  • Serve as point of contact for field teams and respond to operational questions
  • Update project tracking systems and generate status reports
  • Assist with client communications and meeting coordination

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in operations, logistics, or business administration
  • 2+ years of experience in operations coordination, project support, or logistics
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the surveying, mapping, or geospatial industry
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, or similar
  • Knowledge of field equipment and survey instrumentation
  • Experience with government contracting or compliance requirements
  • Basic understanding of LiDAR, photogrammetry, or hydrographic surveys
