About the Role

As an IT Specialist at LNM1968, you'll support a technology environment including workstations, servers, networking equipment, survey instruments, and geospatial software systems. You'll provide technical support, manage IT infrastructure, and ensure reliable operations for field crews and office staff working with large geospatial datasets.

This role requires broad IT knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with geospatial software environments.

  • Provide technical support for hardware and software
  • Manage Windows and Linux servers and workstations

Required Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years IT support and systems administration experience
  • Windows Server and Active Directory knowledge
  • Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
