As a Business Development Manager at LNM1968, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence in government contracting, commercial sectors, and public agencies. You'll develop proposals, respond to RFPs, manage the sales pipeline, and build long-term client relationships that drive sustainable revenue growth for our aerial photography, LiDAR mapping, and tactical solutions services.
This position requires strong sales experience in B2G (Business-to-Government) and B2B markets, understanding of government contracting (SAM.gov, DVBE/SDVOSB certifications), excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex procurement processes while building trust with decision-makers.

As a Business Development Manager at LNM1968, you'll be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities across our three divisions: Creative Studios (photography/videography), Tactical Solutions (government/infrastructure), and Geospatial Services (mapping/surveying). You'll pursue government contracts (federal, state, local), develop strategic partnerships, generate leads, and build long-term client relationships that drive revenue growth.
This position requires a proven track record in B2B/B2G sales, understanding of drone services or related industries, experience with government contracting (SAM.gov, RFPs), and the ability to close deals in competitive markets. DVBE/SDVOSB certification knowledge is a plus.
