Welcome to the Employee Portal

Once you log into the employee portal, you'll find direct links to OneDrive and SharePoint in the dashboard. You can also use your company Microsoft 365 credentials to access them directly at onedrive.com and your SharePoint site. All files are automatically synced across your devices when you install the OneDrive desktop app.

Click the "Forgot password?" link on the login page to reset your password. You'll receive a password reset email at your registered work email address. If you continue to have issues, contact IT support at [email protected] or call the support line.

Yes! The employee portal is fully responsive and works on all devices including smartphones and tablets. For the best experience, we recommend downloading the Microsoft OneDrive and SharePoint mobile apps from your device's app store for easy access to files on the go.

Navigate to the Time & Attendance section in your portal dashboard. There you can view your current schedule, submit time-off requests, and track your PTO balance. All requests are automatically routed to your manager for approval, and you'll receive email notifications when they're processed.

All company resources including the employee handbook, policies, training materials, and forms are available in the Company Resources section of the portal. You can also find these documents in the SharePoint document library under "Company Resources." All employees have read access, and materials are regularly updated.

The Project Dashboard provides a comprehensive view of all your active assignments, deadlines, and deliverables. You can filter by status, view project details, upload files, and communicate with your team directly through the portal. Project updates are synced in real-time with your managers and team members.

Absolutely. The employee portal uses Azure Active Directory SSO with multi-factor authentication options. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption. Microsoft 365 services (OneDrive and SharePoint) meet enterprise-level security and compliance standards including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR requirements.
